Joel Matip partners Virgil van Dijk in the centre of defence with Joe Gomez named as part of the nine-man bench as Liverpool get set for their first Premier League game since March 7.

Elsewhere Naby Keita starts in the midfield three alongside Fabinho and captain Jordan Henderson, while James Milner takes Robertson's place on the left side of the visiting defence.

Trent Alexander-Arnold slots in at right-back as Alisson Becker returns to the Reds team after missing the last three games prior to the suspension of football in mid-March.
