Liverpool line up confirmed as Jurgen Klopp makes seven changes for Bournemouth

Naby Keita will make his first Premier League start since April as Jurgen Klopp again rotate for Liverpool's Premier League clash at Bournemouth this afternoon.

Keita comes into midfield as one of seven changes from the side that beat Everton 5-2 on Wednesday at Anfield.

The Guinean is joined in the engine room by James Milner and recalled skipper Jordan Henderson.

Alisson Becker replaces Adrian between the sticks having served a one-match suspension in midweek while Joe Gomez comes in at right-back with Trent Alexander-Arnold rested to the bench.

Up front, both Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino return with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also back in the starting line-up.

It means Liverpool will not start any of their four goalscorers against Everton, with Sadio Mane, Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri benched and Gini Wijnaldum joining Adam Lallana in missing out, both suffering from minor knocks.

Tennage duo Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott are among the substitutes.

LIVERPOOL (4-3-3): Alisson; Gomez, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson; Henderson, Milner, Keita; Salah, Firmino, Oxlade-Chamberlain. Subs: Adrian, Mane, Shaqiri, Origi, Jones, Alexander-Arnold, Elliott.
