Liverpool line up and team news for Aston Villa as Naby Keita starts

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita are named in Liverpool's midfield as Roberto Firmino drops to the bench for Sunday's visit from Aston Villa.

Both midfielders were brought on during the second half of Thursday's 4-0 defeat at Manchester City and are named in an adventurous trio alongside Fabinho.

Divock Origi comes in for Firmino who had started all three games since the restart before today's game with the Villans with the Belgian forward expected to start centrally in the front three.

The back five remains unchanged with Alisson Becker in goal behind a defensive quartet of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Andy Robertson.

Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah retain their places as the Premier League champions play their first match at home since their title success was confirmed last week.

Liverpool: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Fabinho, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain; Mane, Salah, Origi.
