Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has provided his Premier League title and top four predictions ahead of the new season.
The Reds ran Man City incredibly close last term but Pep Guardiola's men amassed 98 points and finished one clear of Jurgen Klopp's side.
City have since added top talents including Rodri and Joao Cancelo to an already strong squad, with Liverpool backing their current crop of players after winning the Champions League last term.
Carragher, however, feels that the Reds will not quite have enough to stop City from winning the league crown for the third season in succession.
"They (City) are so strong and with Pep Guardiola at the helm there will not let up," Carragher wrote in his Telegraph column as he predicted the Blues to win the league.
Carragher believes that Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham will make up the rest of the top four, with Chelsea and Manchester United missing out on Champions League qualification for the 2020/21 campaign.
"Liverpool will be the closest challengers again, but keeping Mauricio Pochettino was crucial for Spurs," Carragher added. "Arsenal will improve with their new signings."
Carragher also believes that City will win the Champions League trophy next May, while the FA Cup is predicted to end up in Liverpool's hands.
