Liverpool keeper Alisson appears to drop hint on his fitness ahead of Arsenal clash

Alisson has apparently hinted he is fit to start in goal for Liverpool against Arsenal.

The Brazilian suffered an injury this week, which forced him to miss training.

The keeper underwent an assessment on Monday ahead of the match at Anfield, with Jurgen Klopp set to make a final decision on whether he and Thiago Alcantara are fit to feature.

It is not yet known if either player has been given the green light to play against the Gunners. But some Liverpool fans are convinced Alisson has hinted on social media that he will play.

The Brazilian took to Instagram on Monday to post a Liverpool vs Arsenal matchday preview, showing himself in goal for the Reds.

The posts suggests Alisson will start between the sticks, and fans have been pointing this out on social media.

"Alisson has put this on his Instagram story. Surely he wouldn't put this up if he wasn't in contention to play?" wrote one fan, while another added: "Just saw Alisson's Instagram story about tonight's match, this means he'll start?"

A third said: "Alisson has posted his matchday preview on Instagram. He has never done that before when he's injured." And a fourth concluded: "Alisson has just posted this on his Instagram. He's probably fit then?"
