Joel Matip was taken to hospital as a precaution after sustaining a shoulder injury in Liverpool's 1-0 Champions League win over Napoli.
Matip suffered the knock in the closing stages, while Trent Alexander-Arnold (foot) and James Milner were also forced off.
"Nobody told me anything about (Joel's) shoulder, so hopefully that's a good sign,” manager Jurgen Klopp said at the end of the match.
“Trent got a knock on his foot, we are not sure about what exactly it is. It is painful. Millie had cramps - I hope it was only cramp.”
Mohamed Salah struck in first-half stoppage time to hand Liverpool the 1-0 victory they needed to progress to the last 16 of the Champions League.
The Reds will learn their opponents in Monday’s draw, but attention now turns back to their Premier League challenge with Manchester United due at Anfield on Sunday.
Dominic Solanke has returned to training ahead of the clash, but Joe Gomez, Nathaniel Clyne and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remain sidelined.
