Liverpool could be without James Milner after the midfielder missed Boxing Day's win over Newcastle with a muscle injury.
Milner was one of three names to drop out of the starting XI as Trent Alexander-Arnold returned for the Reds.
Xherdan Shaqiri and Georginio Wijnaldum were also handed starts as Jurgen Klopp's men went six points clear at the summit with a thumping 4-0 victory over former manager Rafael Benitez.
"It's not that serious but still serious enough to put him out of the squad [on Boxing Day]," said the Liverpool boss on Milner's absence.
“Millie has a little muscle problem so we couldn’t fix it quick enough, obviously, similar to Alberto Moreno [who has] some back problems.”
Liverpool host Arsenal at Anfield on December 29 ahead of crunch meeting with title rivals Manchester City in the New Year.
Joel Matip, Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remain sidelined.
