Liverpool may have received a huge boost in any prospective move for rumoured transfer target Jadon Sancho - but there could also be a catch.
The Borussia Dortmund star, who turned 20 this week, has caught the eye during another glimmering campaign in the Bundesliga this season.
Having been linked with a number of clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea it has been suggested Liverpool is "the most likely destination" for the winger.
This comes according to former footballer Jan Aage Fjortoft, who has also said the Reds would have to sell either Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah to fund any potential move for Sancho.
The media adviser also claims United are "working very hard to get him".
But he suggests Anfield remains the more likely destination ahead of Old Trafford.
Earlier this week, Sancho was named the number one most valuable youngster in world football.
In a report released by CIES Football Observatory, they estimated the England international to be worth a remarkable £184m.
