Liverpool 'given Marco Asensio update'
Zinedine Zidane is prepared to give Marco Asensio the chance to save his Real Madrid career amid interest from Liverpool, according to reports.
The Spaniard has previously been targeted by the Reds amid talk that he has slipped down the pecking order with Los Galacticos.
Zidane has bolstered his attacking options already this summer, signing the likes of Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic.
But the Mirror claim the Frenchman is willing to give Asensio the chance to impress during the course of the 2019/20 campaign.
Swansea striker 'interested' in Sheffield United move
Oli McBurnie is interested in a move to Sheffield United, according to the Mirror.
The striker signed a new deal with Swansea City last year but is expected to attract plenty of interest in the transfer market having scored 24 goals in all competitions at club level last term.
The Mirror claim McBurnie is happy at the Liberty Stadium, although they go on to add that he is open to the idea of a move to Bramall Lane.
It's understood that the forward is Chris Wilder's No.1 transfer target this summer.
Arsenal target new winger
Arsenal are set to try to tempt Lucas Vazquez with a move away from Real Madrid this summer.
With Eden Hazard arriving from Chelsea and Gareth Bale proving hard to shift, the Spaniard could be set to depart the Bernabeu this summer.
Unai Emery sees the 28-year-old as an ideal fit into the Gunners’ 3-5-2 system, with a deal around £30m touted by Defenda Central.
According to the report, they will face competition, with Inter Milan also set to fight for Vazquez’s signature.
Spurs target given price tag
Tottenham Hotspur’s pursuit of Dani Ceballos has been given a boost after Real Madrid finally named their price for the youngster.
The Spanish Under-21 star looks set to depart the Bernabeu this summer in a bid for more first-team football.
Despite chasing the signature of Tanguy N’Dombele, Mauricio Pochettino also wants to sign Ceballos.
AS are reporting that they will need to stump €50m to sign Ceballos this summer.
That rules out Sevilla and Real Betis in the race for his signature, although AC Milan are still in the hunt for his services.
Traore on the move
Everton are in talks with Lyon to sign versatile forward Bertrand Traore.
Marco Silva is on the hunt for new recruits and has identified Traore as a priority this summer.
Telefoot are now reporting the Toffees are ‘currently discussing’ a move for the 23-year-old wideman.
These latest reports come despite the Liverpool Echo claiming Traore is not a player Everton are tracking this summer.
West Ham target forward
West Ham United are set to send out another statement of intent by completing the signing of Moussa Marega.
After signing Pablo Fornals from Villarreal, the Hammers are also chasing Porto’s main striker.
There’s claims that Marega’s contract contains a €35m release clause and it is his dream move to move to the Premier League, according to A Bola.
Portuguese paper Record are claiming a deal is far from complete, however, which could be worth bearing in mind.
