The UK’s top 50 gastropubs have been named and one Liverpool favourite has made the cut.
Big 7 Travel has named the top pubs serving luxury, restaurant-level dishes from across the UK, shining a light on the most popular places to go for extraordinary pub grub.
With an ever growing food and drink scene in Liverpool , it's no surprise that we’ve made the list.
The Pheasant, in Hightown, Liverpool, came in at number 43.
According to Big 7, The Pheasant is “the perfect destination for a hearty feed.”
The description reads: “There’s steaks cut from selected British & Irish farms, hand-cut skilled butchers and expertly aged for superb tenderness and flavour, four-bone lamb rack with chorizo, chimi churri and butternut squash, or maple glazed pork belly with pig cheek.
