Liverpool FC match day favourite Hotel Tia has something new for fans this season

A hotel popular with Liverpool FC fans has opened a new bistro in time for the start of the season.

Family run, LFC-themed Hotel Tia officially opened the bistro on Thursday night, ahead of today’s kick off against Leeds United.

Guests were invited to a special launch party to celebrate the opening of the bistro at the hotel, on Anfield Road.

The bistro is set to be popular on match days with a menu that includes starters of chicken strips and cheesy nachos, main courses including lightly battered fish and chips, and surf and turf, and desserts such as chocolate brownie.

There’s also a kids menu with burger and chips, chicken nuggets and fish fingers. It’s also serving Sunday lunch.

In the last few year’s Hotel Tia has become an unofficial fan zone for Reds supporters, with a huge beer garden that backs onto Stanley Park.

It’s also been popular with former LFC stars with John Barnes, John Aldridge, Peter Hooton, Alan Kennedy and Roy Evans having previously visited.

The site has free parking and those eating there this weekend will get 50% off food.

The Hotel Tia Bistro is open every Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 8pm (bar closes at 11pm).
