Jamie Redknapp has revealed that the first person he calls on Christmas Day is former Liverpool FC teammate John Barnes.
The 46-year-old was promoting a new Vodafone game, Festive Squad, when he made the revelation.
Jamie , a dad-of-two, was taking about his Christmas traditions when he said he and Barnes always send each other messages on the big day.

He said: "I always spend Christmas with the family, with my kids, I tend to go down to mum and dad's and spend some time with them.
"Dad tells a few stories and a glass of red wine, watch a couple of films that we have seen a hundred times before, but you can't beat it.
"I find time to have fun with the family easy really because it is always great to hang out with my brother's little kids as well, he's got plenty of kids and they all come together, there is always a football match over Christmas.
"Mum's a great cook, so she will always cook a great Christmas dinner. We'll all have to do the washing up, but dad normally disappears when that starts.

"The first person I text or call on Christmas Day, erm, I am normally with the people I want to be with anyway, so I am with my kids and I go to my mum and dad's, so maybe John Barnes.
"He might be one of my first, at Christmas we always send a little video to each other."
He also said Man City had a long way to go if they had any chance of catching Liverpool, who are currently eight points clear at the top of the table.
Jamie said: "Of all the Premier League sides, I would have to say Man City need a bit of a miracle if they want to catch up with Liverpool.
"They are the team that have got the capabilities, they are an amazing team but they are going to need a bad Christmas from Liverpool's point of view, and obviously an amazing one from theirs."

Jamie and his son Beau tried to get the highest score on Vodafone’s VeryMe Rewards programme's new Festive Squad game which they say aims to bring families or friends together this Christmas.
The aim is to work as a team to beat the game on your mobile, tablet or computer - even if you’re in different places.
Play together throughout the week to bag an end of week treat for all the family - including a pizza night, group trip to the cinema and entertainment from Spotify, Sky Sports and NOW TV. Find out more via their webiste.
