Liverpool FC fans fume at Manchester United team vs Leicester

Manchester United have made 10 changes to their starting XI and Liverpool fans aren't happy.

The Reds play Leicester on Tuesday evening, just two days after their 3-1 triumph over Aston Villa on Sunday, and while squad rotation was expected, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made unprecedented changes to the United starting XI.

Only Mason Greenwood retains his role in the starting line-up from the side that beat Villa, meaning Solskjaer has made the joint-most changes in a Premier League match in United's history, with Sir Alex Ferguson also making 10 for a 1-0 win against Hull in May 2009.

However, with United set to play fierce rivals Liverpool on Thursday, and Jurgen Klopp's side seemingly needing to win their remaining games to ensure Champions League qualification, the changes have been seen as a ploy to stop Liverpool in their tracks.

With key players rested, United can play their strongest side against Liverpool and their fans aren't happy, so supporters have taken to social media to express their feelings over Solskjaer's selection, with many calling it a joke.
