A Liverpool fan reported missing after travelling to the city centre to celebrate the Reds' Premier League title win has been found safely.
Christopher Wainwright had last been seen on Thursday, June 25, wearing a Liverpool FC top, and was reported missing by his worried family.
The 27-year-old was believed to have headed towards town to mark the occasion alongside thousands of other Reds.
At around 10.30pm Christopher, from Vauxhall, posted a video of himself to Facebook which showed him excitedly singing songs in the passenger seat of a car.
Merseyside Police shared an appeal for information, saying the last reported sighting of Christopher was around half an hour later.
Today a police spokeswoman said: "Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal to find Christopher Wainwright.
"He has now been located safely."
