Liverpool FC signing Darwin Nunez continued to enjoy his post season break this week.
Reds' fans were thrilled when the club secured the 22-year-old's signature after reaching an agreement with Benfica. Nunez is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in European football and Jurgen Klopp's side will pay a set fee of £64.1million (€75m) with a possible £21.3m (€25m) in add-ons depending on individual success, ranging from reaching appearance landmarks, scoring goals to winning the Champions League.
Nunez spoke of his delight after his move was confirmed. He said: "I’m really happy and delighted to be here at Liverpool. It’s a massive club. I’ve played against Liverpool and I’ve seen them in lots of games in the Champions League, and it’s my style of play.

"There are some great players here and I think it’s going to suit my style of play here. It's great for any player that a manager can improve and polish you as a player, and I think that Klopp is going to help me hugely. I think the players themselves - like Firmino and the other experienced players - are going to help me greatly too. It will be great that Klopp can show me lots more things."
Away from the pitch, the number 27 is in a relationship with long-term partner, Lorena Manas. The two welcomed a son named Darwin in January and Lorena regularly shares updates from their life on Instagram.
Lorena shared a post on Thursday of Liverpool's new star striker performing an acrobatic flip into the sea as they enjoyed a period of relaxation ahead of returning for pre-season training. She captioned the post: "Last days in paradise."
Lorena met the Uruguayan marksman while he was playing for Segunda division side Almeria. Nunez isn't the first footballer Lorena has been in a relationship with as she previously dated ex-Barcelona left back, Aleix Vidal.
The 32-year-old played for the Spanish giants from 2015 - 2018 and he now plays for city rivals Espanyol. Lorena and Vidal share a child together named Chloe.
Lorena gave an insight into her happy family life when she shared an emotional photo alongside Nunez, Chloe and baby Darwin after she had given birth. A translation of the post said: "It's not my best photo, but the one that defines me."
