Liverpool fans will love what Diogo Jota did to Everton defender Michael Keane's virtual player on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team this weekend.
Reds forward Jota is a big gaming fan and an exceptional EA Sports' FIFA player, with the 24-year-old recently proving his skill on the game after being ranked as the World No.1 on PlayStation for a short time in the FUT Champions Weekend League competition after winning 30 games without defeat, in what is the most competitive event within the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team game mode.
The former Wolves star also won the FIFA ePremier League Invitational esports event back in April 2020, beating his future Liverpool teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold in the final, scoring a dramatic Golden Goal winner against the Reds full-back when he was still a Wolves player.

Jota even has his very own esports team, called Diogo Jota Esports, with the forward having a number of FIFA players attached to his brand including Afonso Dantas and Don70 Pablo.
With the Portugal international continuing his recovery from injury, he now regularly streams playing FIFA 21 on popular streaming service Twitch, with the forward often streaming his FUT Champions Weekend League games.
And this weekend, with the former Atletico Madrid forward sorting out his FIFA 21 Ultimate Team squad ahead of playing a game, he stumbled across Michael Keane's in-form card on FUT 21, which was sitting in his club.
Straight away, his Twitch chat were suggesting that Jota should just discard Keane's FUT 21 card, despite it being worth quite a fair bit on the transfer market.

Discarding, also known as 'Quick Sell' on FIFA Ultimate Team, means that you simply sell a card for a much lower amount than it would ordinarily be worth on the game's transfer market system, showing that you just want to get rid of the card straight away.
And Liverpool fans will love what Jota did next.
"Quick sell?" said Jota.
"Do it, yes lad!
"Done!"

On the pitch, Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he expects to have the forward back for Liverpool's visit from Chelsea on Thursday.
Jota hasn't featured for the Reds since suffering a knee injury in the Champions League draw with Midtjylland in December, but returned to training last Wednesday.
The Portugal international travelled with the squad for Sunday's 2-0 win at Sheffield United, but was left out of the game due to illness.
"With Diogo, he was with us last night in the hotel, but he got sick overnight and we had to send him home.
"So it will depend how quickly he recovers, obviously.
"He wasn't in the squad, but he's trained with the team before [this week] and looked really good, like I said before.
"I think he will be available but I don't know."
Klopp added: "I would think that Diogo is ready for Thursday, but I don't know at the moment."
