Ibrahima Konate has posted a video which is sure to endear himself to Liverpool fans.
The centre-back became the first signing for the Reds earlier this summer, joining on a permanent deal from RB Leipzig.
He put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Anfield after the club paid his £36m release clause with the Bundesliga outfit.
Konate will be competing with the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, Nat Phillips, Rhys Williams and Ben Davies for a place in the team next season, with Ozan Kabak looking unlikely to become a permanent member of the squad.
The 22-year-old is currently on holiday after captaining the France Under-21 team in their European Championship defeat to the Netherlands.
On a video posted on Konate’s Instagram, the defender can be seen holding a red flare while a familiar song is played in the background.
Konate’s video featured the club’s anthem ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ played, while the camera panned to a balcony adorned by a Liverpool flag.
The defender tagged the post with the location of the French Riveiera and the caption reads 'thanks for all Big Boss' with a mention to Melcy Luxury, a concierge service.
The centre-back is due to be at the AXA Training Centre for the start of pre-season training at Liverpool in the middle of next month.
