Liverpool fans spot what Mohamed Salah did when he scored against Arsenal

Liverpool fans spotted what Mohamed Salah did when he doubled his side's lead against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

The Reds, who were brilliant all evening in north London, opened the scoring on 64 minutes when Diogo Jota made an immediate impact from the bench and headed past Bernd Leno.

Just four minutes later, Salah took advantage of some really poor defending from the Gunners and slotted the ball past Leno with his right foot.

The 28-year-old forward scored his 18th Premier League goal of the season and now leads Harry Kane in the race for the Golden Boot award.

Liverpool fans noticed what Salah did as he stroked the ball into the Arsenal net as he waited for Leno's legs to open before nutmegging the German goalkeeper.

It had to be a very quick decision for Salah to place the ball between Leno's legs in a pressured situation, but the Egyptian showed his class to take the game beyond Arsenal.

Inside the last 10 minutes, Jota grabbed his second goal of the night and the Reds' third to put the match beyond any reasonable doubt and wrap up a superb display in the capital from Jurgen Klopp 's men, who are now two points off fourth-place.

The Reds will now prepare for a Champions League quarter-final first-leg away at Real Madrid on Tuesday evening as they look to continue their upturn in form.

It's now three wins in a row for Klopp's side in all competitions after convincing displays against RB Leipzig and Wolves before the two-week international break.

After that, it's back to Anfield for Liverpool - with Aston Villa the visitors next weekend.
