Liverpool fans send transfer message to Jurgen Klopp after Nicolas Pepe's performance vs Man Utd

Arsenal drew 1-1 with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday night.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side took the lead through Scott McTominay's strike just before half time, but the Gunners struck back through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's second half goal.

The Gabon forward's goal was originally ruled out for offside, but Arsenal fans have VAR to thanks for overturning the linesman's original decision and awarding the goal.

The point takes Unai Emery's men back into fourth place in the Premier League, with 12 points from their seven league games, while Manchester United move into 10th place with nine points from their first seven games.

Having been down at half time, Arsenal are likely to be the happier of the two teams with the point, having only lost against league leaders Liverpool so far this season.

However, there was one player's performance that left fans around the country questioning if he was worth the money that Arsenal spent on him.

Nicolas Pepe was also linked with a move to Napoli and Liverpool in the summer, but Arsenal won the race for his signature, costing a club record £72 million, and his arrival was met with excitement among Gunners' fans.

But the player is yet to properly settle in English football, scoring just one goal and providing one assist in his six league appearances so far this season.

And his start to life in the Premier League did not improve against Manchester United, with the winger blasting a first half chance over the bar, firing crosses out of play and losing possession 17 times.

Take a look at some of the reaction from the player's performance below, including Liverpool supporters who are grateful that their club did not sign the winger.
