Liverpool was in Boston on Sunday for a preseason friendly against Sevilla at Fenway Park and, to nobody’s surprise, the old ballpark was like a home game for Liverpool.
The team, which, of course, is owned by Red Sox owner John Henry, played in front of a majority of Liverpool fans on a hot day in Boston.
And while the winners of the Champions League lost to Sevilla 2-1 on a goal in in the 90th minute, fans were just happy to see them playing at Fenway.
They broke out an awesome version of “You’ll Never Walk Alone” before the game. Check it out:
