Liverpool fans make the same Man City point after draw at Everton

Liverpool's push to secure the Premier League title may have been sent back by at least a week following the goalless draw against Everton at Goodison Park.

Had Liverpool won, the title could have been secured against Crystal Palace on Wednesday or as early as Monday night if Manchester City failed to beat Burnley.

However, Liverpool now sit five points short of mathematically winning the title, given that City are expected to beat Burnley, the title is now likely to be won in July.

Next Thursday could also come into play, when City play Chelsea away.

That match kicks off at 8.15pm - and dropped points there for Guardiola's men could bring the title into play for Liverpool, should the Reds beat Palace and City beat Burnley.
