Liverpool fans have new Mohamed Salah chant aimed at FSG

Liverpool fans have a brand new chant for Liverpool's Mohamed Salah after Sunday's 5-0 humiliation of Manchester United.

The Egyptian became the first opposition player to score a hat-trick at Old Trafford in the Premier League and he now has 15 goals in all competitions this season.

In the tune of Belinda Carlisle's 1987 hit "Heaven is a Place on Earth", Liverpool fans have come up with a fantastic new chant for the winger.

"The silky Egyptian is what we need... Mo Salah won the Premier League.

"John Henry give him what he's worth... Mo Salah is the best on earth."

Salah's initial 'Egyptian King' chant emerged in his debut season for the club, where he scored an impressive 44 goals in all competitions.

The two-time golden boot winner is well on track to having his best ever season with the Reds, but is yet to pen a new long-term deal.

His current contract expires in 2023 and with no progress in negotiations, supporters have sent a clear message to Fenway Sports Group and Liverpool owner John W Henry.

Salah is regarded by many as the best player in the world, on current form.

It's yet to be seen whether this will catch on and be sung at Anfield, but it's certainly catchy.
