Liverpool fans all say the same thing after Crystal Palace disallowed goal

Liverpool fans have found themselves praising VAR after seeing a Crystal Palace goal disallowed by the technology.

With the scoreline still 0-0 at Selhurst Park, the hosts thought they had the lead as James Tomkins turned the ball past Alisson.

However, VAR intervened and ruled out the opener after judging a foul from Jordan Ayew on Dejan Lovren in the build-up to the goal.

It was a decision that angered Richard Keys on beIN Sport, who labelled the decision as "terrible".

Similarly, it riled Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson, responded to the decision by asking: "Shall we just give Liverpool the league now?"

However, for Liverpool fans, they were finally pleased to see their side get a decision as far as VAR is concerned.

The technology controversially ruled out Roberto Firmino's goal against Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier this month.

However, on this occasion the decision went in Liverpool's favour, much to their supporters' delight.

Here's a round-up of what they've been saying about the decision.
