Liverpool fan missing from home after going out for a bike ride

A man has been missing for four days after going out for a bike ride during the Easter weekend.

Liverpool fan Paul McDonald (aka Macca) disappeared on Saturday after leaving home on his bike around 9.30am.

His partner said the 52-year-old said he "would be home shortly" at just after 11am but he never returned to their St Helens home.

In a post she shared on Facebook she said: "On April 20 my partner went out on a bike ride and never returned, the last time we heard from him was around 11am when he said he would be home shortly."

She also said all phone calls and texts were going unanswered, prompting even more worry for his loved ones.

He is described as white, 5ft11, of medium build with brown cropped hair. He is also clean shaven with a Liverpool accent and usually wears an earring in his left ear.
