A Liverpool fan has claimed the Reds should get a trophy this season - even if they finished second in the Premier League behind Manchester City .
Jurgen Klopp's side now look likely to finish runners-up but could still land an incredible points haul of 97 with victory over Wolves on Sunday.
That, coupled with Manchester City failing to win at Brighton , would send the Premier League trophy to Merseyside for the first time.
It looked like Liverpool were going to take a giant stride towards the title on Monday night as City and Leicester were locked in a goalless draw with 20 minutes left.

That result would have put the Reds top going into the final day, but Vincent Kompany's 25-yard thunderbolt sealed the three points for City.
Pep Guardiola's side will be crowned champions with a win at the Amex, but Liverpool fan Cameron, speaking on talkSPORT, believes the Reds should still be rewarded with silverware.
“I’m a Liverpool fan and because it been such a gripping title race, I just thought, we should get a trophy even if we come second this year," he said.
"If we get 97 points, that’s the best – apart from City last year – anyone has got.
"Alex Ferguson never got that many points and Jürgen Klopp has come in… it’s phenomenal, especially against this City team who have spent all that money.”
When asked what the trophy should be called, he added: "Like… Premier League joint-winners? Well, not joint winners… you don’t need to name it, just give it to Liverpool.”
Liverpool are bidding for a first league crown since 1990, while City are looking to secure back-to-back titles.
