Liverpool fan chased out Cardiff City Stadium after celebrating goal in home end

A video has emerged of a Liverpool fan being chased out of the Cardiff City Stadium for celebrating a goal in the wrong end.

Witnesses claim the unknown man was sat in the home end for the match and cheered when James Milner netted Liverpool's second in their 2-0 win over the Bluebirds on the weekend, according to Wales Online.

South Wales Police confirmed two arrests were made in relation to events occurring around the Premier League clash.

Liverpool opened the scoring in the second half after a cagey first 45 minutes in Wales when Georginio Wijnaldum fired home following a corner.

Milner secured all three points ten minutes before the end.

Jurgen Klopp was pleased with his side's performance from the match, which he says he knew was going to be harder than it looked on paper.

Why Gary Neville is defending Ashley Young over Man Utd fans criticism

"It was prepared to be a proper banana skin and we knew that, the boys were unbelievable. It was clear, difficult [match] for all of us," said Klopp.

"In the first half, we created three of the best chances of the season and didn't finish them off. We had to keep patient."
