Liverpool are closing their fan card scheme in a bid to streamline the system for selling match tickets.
Supporters will no longer be able to use their fan card to purchase seats for games at Anfield.
Liverpool have contacted all fan card holders to inform them of the change and offer them the club's official light membership for free for the 2019/20 season.
All ticket purchase history will be transferred from a fan card on to the new membership card and the customer number will remain the same.

Anyone wanting to access the July ticket sale must redeem their free membership by July 14 using the unique code which has been emailed to them.
“As part of streamlining our processes and systems to provide the best possible service to supporters, from the 2019/20 season the club will no longer operate the fan card scheme,” an email sent to all fan card holders read.
“There is only a very small number of fan cards in circulation and it is no longer a sustainable process that we can continue to facilitate.
“LFC official membership offers fans priority access to tickets together with the opportunity to join the Auto-Cup Scheme and access to late availability ticket sales.”
The light membership will be valid until the end of May 2020. Fans will then be able to purchase membership for the 2020/21 season.
