On August 8, an article headlined "Parents warned over app used by paedophiles to target children" stated that Christopher Forsyth had been convicted of sex offences at Liverpool Crown Court.
We would like to make clear that Mr Forsyth was convicted of stalking contrary to s2A[1] and [4] of the protection of harassment act and has no current, or previous, convictions to suggest he is a paedophile. We would like to apologise for this error, and for any distress caused.
