A Liverpool comedian roasted a Love Island star in the audience, only to later find out who he was.
Paul Smith was performing stand-up at the Hot Water Club in the city when he met Sam Gowland.
The TV personality participated in the third series of Love Island in 2017 and Geordie Shore since the sixteenth series in 2018.
As part of his act, Paul usually picks on audience members in the front row and quizzes them about their jobs, physique and relationships.
And unfortunately for Sam, he became Paul's next topic of conversation.
Noticing him for the first time, Paul said: "You weren't there before were you? You alright?"
Sam, who was sat with her two friends Rob and 'Scuba Dan', replied: "Aye".
Paul said: "How do you three know each other? You look like you've made yourself on 'The Sims'. That's weird that."
As the audience laughed Paul asked: "What's your name mate?", as Sam introduced himself.
Paul then asked: "What brings you down Sam?"
Sam said: "A weekend away at the comedy."
Paul said: "Nice mate. I like you mate. You're a friendly guy. You've got lovely teeth. Did you go to Turkey for them or?"
As there was silence, Paul said: "You f***** deffo got them in Turkey. They are 100%, they are the most Turkey teeth I've ever seen in my life
"No one's teeth are that white.
"You're a f****** stunner you mate, you've got your little chest tats and all that, kid."
Paul then asked the question Sam had most likely been dreading.
He said: "What do you do our Sammy?"
Sam replied saying: "I just chill about."
Paul then moved onto quizzing Sam's friends Rob and 'Scuba Dan'.
However, he wasn't going to let Sam off without asking him what he really does for a living.
Paul said: "What do you do Sammy? Stop being sketchy."
Someone from the audience then shouted: "He's on telly."
Paul asked Sam: "What are you on?"
But before he had time to respond, another person from the audience shouted: "Geordie Shore".
Upon finding this news out, Paul teased Sam calling him a 'melt', before asking: "How do you sleep at night? You're the worst person on the planet."
However, the night got even worse for Sam as another person in the crowd shouted: "He's got a parking ticket outside on his car."
