Liverpool club launches pole fitness studio aiming to empower women

A Liverpool club has launched a new premium pole fitness studio that offers women of all abilities a place to get fit and increase their self-confidence.

Duke Street-based gentlemen's club, Rude, has expanded to include Rude Girl Studio. The new venue will offer fitness, self confidence, mixed ability and contemporary pole dance classes, with no prior experience required.

The studio is now open, with classes taking place from Monday to Friday. One to one coaching is also available for those looking to challenge themselves.

Owned by Amy Gwynn, the female entrepreneur behind Rude, Rude Girl Studio is aiming to give participants confidence whilst creating a community of like-minded and motivated women. Classes are for over 18s only.

Amy Gywnn said: "I am so excited that Rude Girl Studio is now open. We've been working so hard on this behind the scenes, from the interior to ensuring there are classes for everyone.

"It was important for me to keep the studio very much in line with the famous Rude Girl decor as this really is an extension of the values we have created within the club. I believe the studio is beautifully designed with the great knowledge of a dancer's needs.

"I feel it's so important to invest back in the dancing industry and be able to welcome other girls into our exciting world. We have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are providing the absolute best facilities for the people taking our classes.

"We have not cut corners on anything to ensure that we're creating something that not only looks gorgeous, but ensures an all round safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment. From our crash mats, to our sound system, I really believe we have thought about absolutely everything."
