One of Liverpool city centre’s most popular bars is launching a new cocktail garden when it reopens next month.
MOJO, on Back Berry Street, is known for its lively, rock and roll themed environment and has created the garden in order to reopen with the rest of outdoor hospitality on April 12.
This is when the government hopes to reopen non-essential retail businesses as well as personal care businesses like hair and beauty salons, museums, libraries, theme parks and zoos.
It is also the date for reopening hospitality venues like pubs and restaurants, but only for outdoor dining and drinking.
In preparation, MOJO has revamped a space at the back of the bar allowing the venue to serve visitors outdoors and within the new Government guidelines.
The space features 12 benches that can each seat up to six people and there will be covered spaces to cope with the typically unpredictable British weather.
Landscaped with greenery and vines for that Instagrammable touch, MOJO hopes to make the space the best city garden to visit.

Martin Greenhow, MOJO's managing director, said: “It’s been an horrendous year, but we did experience a huge demand for cocktails each time we could open.
“Liverpool is a party city, and we plan on providing the best, safest party atmosphere as soon as we can invite people back.
“We can’t wait to welcome them to our new cocktail garden and let them explore the amazing choice of cocktails we are about to launch.”
Throughout the summer MOJO will be bringing local food vendors into the space, along with a new cocktail menu to celebrate reopening.
