Liverpool bars and restaurants you can book now for April 12 and beyond

Bars and restaurants across Liverpool can reopen their doors from April 12 according to the Government’s lockdown roadmap.

Revealing his plans in the House of Commons last month, Prime Minister Boris Johnson laid out the earliest dates we can expect restrictions to ease and for venues such as bars, restaurants, salons, cinemas and more to reopen.

April 12 will see hospitality venues like pubs and restaurants reopen, but only for outdoor dining and drinking.

From then, the Rule of Six will return - which means up to six people, or two households, can meet outdoors, including at beer gardens, cafes or restaurants with outdoor seating spaces.

In anticipation of the big day, many of Liverpool’s bars and restaurants have opened their diaries to get visitors booked in.

Others, however, have opted to offer walk-ins only as outdoor seating is weather dependent.

We’ve taken a look and rounded up just some of the places taking bookings for April 12.

If we’ve missed your favourite bar or restaurant that’s taking bookings, let us know in the comments below.

“Tables can be booked for a maximum of 6 people from mixed households.
