Liverpool loves a good club night and popular city centre bar Santa Chupitos might just have the next big one.
Santa Chupitos, which is known for its five dollar shakes, will be hosting a night dedicated to making it easier to know who is single and who isn’t.
On Wednesday nights the bar will ask guests to choose a coloured cup that represents them - green, red, orange, or white.
Grabbing a green cup means that you’re ‘on your ones’ - or alone for the night - and available.
Orange cups signify that you’re a ‘time waster’ - or not looking for anything serious - and white cups means that you’ve been ‘ghosted’, or that things aren't going too well.
For anyone that is already taken, there are red cups to show that you’re already whipped.
Throughout the night, drinks will cost £4.50 per cocktail, £2.50 per beer and £1.50 per shot.
John Ennis, co-founder of Santa Chupitos, said: “Introducing the new colour coded cups was our fun way of playing Cupid.
"Over the years we’ve seen plenty of people get together in Santas, and we’ve even had a Santas wedding!
"This could bring more couples together, let other party goers know if you’ve been ghosted or if you’re the time waster people need to steer clear of!
"It’s all tongue in cheek and a bit of fun... We don’t expect to see many red cups about though. If you’re whipped there’s a good chance you won’t be allowed out!"
