Liverpool bar and restaurant brings back Eat Out to Help Out style deal

A Liverpool bar and restaurant has brought back the popular Eat Out to Help Out deal that people went crazy for last summer.

Birdies Bar & BBQ in the Baltic Triangle shared the news this week that its version of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme goes live today, April 19.

The Government scheme was launched in August 2020 for one month in a bid to encourage people to get back out and support the hospitality industry after such a difficult time during England’s first lockdown.

Now that bars and restaurants in Liverpool have reopened for outdoor drinking and dining, Birdies has chosen to bring back the deal.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Birdies wrote: “NEW OFFER INCOMING. Starting from Monday 19th April and running Monday - Wednesday every week, our Eat Out to Get Out scheme gives you 50% up to the value of £10 per person”.

The Baltic Triangle bar is offering its customers 50% off their bill, up to the value of £10 per person from Monday to Wednesday, before 5pm.

The bar says the scheme is “one of many reasons” to visit during the week.

Birdies was one of many Liverpool venues that introduced their own versions of the scheme in September 2020 due to huge demand after the Government brought Eat Out to Help Out to an end.
