Anfield is a stadium famous throughout the world.

The atmosphere fans create and the football Liverpool teams play on their home turf has given the ground legendary status since its inception in 1884.

Over the years the stadium has seen many changes with the redevelopment of the Main Stand the most major in recent times with the Anfield Road end also set to follow suit soon as part of the Reds constant drive to achieve perfection in every area they can.

And as part of that ambition and drive to keep improving, Anfield has undergone some changes during the September international break ahead of Newcastle's trip to face Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.

You can see all of the updates the club have made in their official tweet above.
