Liverpool and Manchester United fans have both been reacting to Suso ’s superb effort against the Red Devils in a pre-season friendly vs AC Milan.
United started the fixture well with Marcus Rashford opening the scoring.
But Milan hit back hard as Suso’s beautiful curling effort equalised for his side and gave them the confidence to go on and dominate the game.
The Spaniard’s goal was so aesthetically pleasing that it had Liverpool fans wondering why they never re-signed their former player.
The Red Devils’ fanbase also saw the humour in their fiercest rival’s former player scoring as they laughed at the Reds ‘reject’ controlling the game for AC Milan, before the contest ended 2-2 and went to penalties which United won.
Solskjaer’s men won all of their pre-season fixtures relatively easily before facing the Italian giants, who proved tougher opponents than initially expected.
