Here is a look at the top transfer rumours doing the rounds in the Premier League this morning.

Liverpool face stiff competition from Juventus for top transfer target

Juventus have made  Matthijs de Ligt one of their top transfer targets this summer, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian club also have an eye on Adrien Rabiot, James Rodriguez according to The Mirror.

Juve have already captured Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal as they look to further strengthen their squad having won the Serie A title.

De Ligt is also in many teams’ eye-line after Ajax’s incredible Champions League run with Liverpool, Manchester United and Man City all interested according to reports.

Real Madrid’s James has been on loan at Bayern for the past two seasons and there will be a battle for his signature.

Man Utd 'make contact' with Juve star striker

Manchester United have reportedly made contact with Juventus over a potential £85million swoop for Paulo Dybala.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is plotting a summer overhaul at Old Trafford in his first off-season in charge of the club.

And Italian outlet Calciomercato say contact has been made from United to the Bianconeri over the Argentine striker whose future has become uncertain in Turin.

Napoli boss eyeing move for England ace 

Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti says he is currently monitoring Spurs and England star Kieran Trippier.

Full back Trippier has endured a disappointing campaign for Tottenham after an impressive World Cup for England last summer.

And Ancelotti has revealed he is keen on bringing the 28-year-old to Serie A.

The former Chelsea boss was quoted by Calciomercato as saying: “Lozano and Trippier are players who we are evaluating, then later there is everything else that is much more complex. Negotiations, players who prefer other things. These are among the players we are interested in.”
