Mateusz Musialowski might be the man of the moment for the Liverpool youth sides after a string of impressive performances, but the Pole is far from the only starlet aiming to make it at Anfield.
Tyler Morton, James Balagizi and Layton Stewart might all be more familiar names - they, and Leighton Clarkson and Jake Cain even more so, are ahead of many of the rest in terms of their progress - but there is another star showing signs of immense promise.
Young forward Ethan Ennis only turned 16 in December, but, as was discussed on the latest Academy Show podcast from Blood Red, is beginning to get more chances in the U18s side under Marc Bridge-Wilkinson.
Last week, he netted a 26-minute hat-trick in the FA Youth Cup - the competition that helped put the names of Clarkson and Cain properly on the map two seasons ago - as Liverpool set up a fourth-round clash with Manchester United after the international break.
Liverpool's opponents, Sutton United, play in the National League at senior level - the fifth tier of English football - but even so, this was a clinical and stand-out showing in such a short time on the field.
Manchester United, who will be a far sterner next in the next round, were the team that Ennis made his second start of the season against in the league earlier this month, having begun the season as a player more frequently coming off the bench.
He has five goals and an assist in eight appearances at U18 level this season - slightly inflated, of course, by the FA Youth Cup hat-trick - but will become a more regular player for Liverpool in that age group next season, still at least year ahead of where he should be.
That could even happen before the end of this season, with five matches still to be played in the league, should Musialowski step up to U23 level.

Musialowski himself is not 18 until October, but the Poland youth star's chance to step up will come - not least once the likes of Ben Woodburn have moved on.
Ennis, like Billy Koumetio, is stronger than his age would suggest, and physically able to keep up even playing above his age group.
He is also quick and evidently has an eye for goal.
Born three days after Liverpool's
famous win over Olympiacos in 2004, there is still much for Ennis to do even to establish himself at U18 level.
But he is certainly one to watch heading into next season.
