Victoria's mystery case total may go up, Brett Sutton says

Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton says three cases from the past week might be added to the total of mystery cases recorded in the state.

Meanwhile, Victorian Transport Minister Jacinta Allan says a decision about whether to extend the state of disaster beyond November 8 is yet to be made.
