Health chief warns COVID-19 has 'explosive potential' in high-rise towers

Victoria has reported 67 new cases of coronavirus since yesterday, as Premier Daniel Andrews outlines the support that will be provided to 3,000 Melbourne public housing residents who have been placed under a sudden lockdown.

The state's Chief Health Officer says in the setting of a densely populated high-rise tower, COVID-19 has "genuinely explosive potential".
