Victoria passes NSW for total coronavirus cases: As it happened

The latest statistics show that with 216 new cases, Victoria has now overtaken NSW for the most confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Nick Coatsworth says some coronavirus patients in Victoria have been given Remdesivir and that Australia has enough stock of the drug to help with the current outbreak.
