A Brexit deal has been reached between the EU and UK Government.
A summit is due to begin in Brussels today between the EU countries and Boris Johnson is due to attend.
However, before the summit starts, technical discussions have been ongoing and after hours of debate, a deal has been reached.
Jean-Claude Juncker tweeted and said: "Where there is a will, there is a #deal - we have one! It’s a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our commitment to find solutions. I recommend that #EUCO endorses this deal."
As of 6am this morning, the DUP had said it could not support the deal "as it stands". It is not known if anything has changed since then.
Boris Johnson is likely to need the DUP's votes, as well as those of hardline Tory Brexiteers, to get his deal through Parliament.
