Live chat recap: James, Cavaliers force decisive Game 7 in NBA Finals

LeBron James made sure the Golden State Warriors would not be celebrating on the Cleveland Cavaliers’ home floor again.

James scored 41 points for the second consecutive game, and he added eight rebounds, 11 assists, four steals and three blocks as the Cavs beat the Warriors 115-101 in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.

After falling behind in the series 3-1, the Cavs have now won two in a row and are one win from giving Cleveland its first championship in professional sports since 1964. No team has fallen behind 3-1 in the Finals and comeback to win the series.

But the Cavs will?have to do it on the Warriors’ home floor, where the defending champions?were 39-2 during the regular season and 11-2 this postseason. Steph Curry led Golden State with 30 points, including six three-pointers, but he fouled out and was ejected for throwing his mouthpiece into the stands with just over 4 minutes remaining.

And now only one game remains, winner take all. Game 7 will be Sunday at 8 p.m. ET. Be sure to join our chat at 7:30 and hang throughout the night to see which team is crowned NBA champions.
