As it happened: ACT case numbers rise with three people in hospital

The ACT recorded another 25 cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday, the highest number of new cases since October 21

The number of active cases in the capital has now reached 191, with three people in hospital.

The rise comes as the ACT embraces its first week of relaxed restrictions, although not everybody has been quick to jump on board.
