LIVE TRACKER: 2019 Seattle Seahawks 53-man roster cuts

The Seattle Seahawks must reduce their roster from 90 to 53 players by Saturday, Aug. 31 at 1:00 p.m. PT.

Defensive end Logan Tago has also been waived by the Seahawks, a source tells me. The undrafted rookie from Wazzu signed with Seattle on Wednesday and started in last night's preseason finale.

The Seahawks have waived OT Elijah Nkansah, his agent, @jkrenis, tells me. Per Krenis, Nkansah is likely to end up on Seattle's practice squad, where he spent much of last season.
