PM urges states to agree on criteria for hotspots to get borders reopened

The Prime Minister says the Federal Government will go its own way if National Cabinet doesn't agree on a common definition of COVID-19 hotspots.

Meanwhile, Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says the chief health officer considers Schoolies to be a "high-risk event" and it cannot go ahead this year in its usual form.
