With Chris Addison in tight white shorts, an all-new cast and an opening scene involving an unfortunate incident with a mobility scooter, Skins burst back on our screens last month.
If, like me, you're a fan of the Bafta-winning teen drama, you've probably been glued to the exploits of the new Skins gang - including the androgynous new girl Franky and the school's glamorous queen bee Mini - but you might not know how the show is created and where it gets its inspiration (or how the teenagers are all so cool. My life at 17 was a lot less glamorous).
The drama prides itself on addressing the issues and fears facing today's teenagers and it does this by sticking with its original premise of employing young writers and talented individuals. Jack Clough started his stint on the show during his gap year making online and DVD extras, effectively serving an apprenticeship with Skins. This season, at the grand old age of 22, he directed his first episode, the script for which was written by another 22-year-old.
So, given that the Skins crew are so keen to feature young talent, how do you get involved? We've invited members of the team to talk about the programme and to share their insights about careers in the TV industry.
We'll be quizzing them on how they landed their jobs, what goes on behind the scenes and whether you really have to be under 25 to work there. Whatever role you're keen on - be it script-writing, directing or producing - our panel will be live online from 2pm answering your questions, so post them below now.
Our panel:
Jamie Brittain, co–creator and writer
Toby Welsh, assistant producer
Neil Duncan, script executive
Amanda Boyle, director
