WA Premier accuses Clive Palmer of 'disgraceful and disgusting' conduct amid battle over border closure

WA Premier Mark McGowan has accused Clive Palmer of "disgraceful and disgusting" conduct during a parliamentary attack on the mining billionaire.

Meanwhile, police have arrested 404 people and issued 395 fines for breaches of COVID-19 rules as anti-lockdown protesters gathered outside Victorian Parliament chanting "sack Dan Andrews" and "freedom".
