In celebration of their 20th anniversary, Glasgow experimentalists Mogwai are curating a season of ATP gigs at Camden’s Roundhouse. The birthday band will play alongside 90s punks Prolapse – who have re-formed especially for the occasion – and Forest Swords on the first two nights, with subsequent dates headlined by Public Enemy, GZA, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and the Jesus And Mary Chain (24 Jun-5 Jul, Roundhouse, NW1). It comes after the band embark on a series of shows in Glasgow, Cork and Dublin (17-21 Jun, tour starts Cork Opera House) … Psychedelic sister Jane Weaver – who last week shared with us the secrets of maintaining independence in the music business – has announced a thoroughly comprehensive UK tour (1-24 Oct, tour starts Kendal Brewery Arts) … Finally, two relatively rookie artists who have both beefed up their touring schedules following recent successes are Stormzy (21-30 Oct, tour starts Nottingham Rescue Rooms), and James Bay, who’ll cart his No 1 album around added autumn dates (23 Sep-14 Oct, tour starts O2 Apollo Manchester).
