More changes to border rules as states monitor rising coronavirus numbers

South Australia has tightened its borders, while Tasmania has announced a limited 'bubble' with some states.

Victoria recorded another 300 COVID-19 and seven deaths today and put troops on the streets, but in New South Wales, authorities were heartened by a low number of positives from a record number of tests.
